Dana Cestone brings a lifelong passion for sports and a wealth of professional experience to her role at Neon Energy. Growing up in Wayne, NJ, Dana fell in love with soccer at just three years old and pursued the sport throughout her youth, eventually playing at Villanova University, where she earned a degree in marketing with a minor in communications.
After a decade-long career in equity trading for top Wall Street firms, Dana transitioned into real estate, leveraging her expertise in finance, marketing, and deep roots in Northern New Jersey. While excelling professionally, she has always made time for favorite sport—soccer—whether playing, coaching, or cheering on her favorite teams.
Dana’s journey with Neon Energy began when her daughters joined JGIO Training, where they quickly developed the same passion for the game. Inspired by the positive energy and dedication of Jessy Giordano, Dana knew with the right partners there was potential to do something even greater in sports training.
Dana lives in Kinnelon with her husband and their three children. When she’s not at the facility, you’ll find her coaching her kids’ teams, hiking local trails, or kicking the soccer ball herself. Dana is driven to create an empowering, dynamic space where athletes and their families can thrive together.

Jessy Giordano the owner of J.GIO training, is a passionate soccer trainer who has been training kids in North Jersey for the past 20 years. With a lifelong love for the game. A standout athlete, Jessy started J.GIO Training after an injury ended her semi-pro career.
Specializing in high-level technical skills and holistic player development, Jessy also runs a Girls Bootcamp focusing on speed, strength, conditioning, and team building for female athletes of all ages and athleticism . Her mission is to create a positive, empowering environment where young athletes excel on the field and build confidence for life.
Since starting J.GIO Training 9 years ago, it has been a dream of hers to open a training facility that fosters growth, confidence, and community for young girls. With her dedicated business partners, she has brought her vision to life, proving that passion, determination, and hard work make even the biggest dreams achievable.

Meg Howell is one of the driving forces behind Neon Energy Sports, an indoor turf training facility dedicated to empowering young athletes. A proud lifelong dreamer who turns visions into reality, Meg's journey has been shaped by her experiences as part of a military family, where sports became her anchor through frequent moves across the nation.
As a multi-sport athlete most of her childhood, she ultimately focused on her first love—soccer—culminating at Quinnipiac University. Meg went on to earn a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and an MBA, building over two decades of expertise in marketing and business management. This experience, combined with her passion for sports, inspired her to create a space where athletes could thrive, build confidence, and harness their full potential.
Meg lives in Kinnelon, NJ, with her husband Eric, her steadfast partner and biggest supporter, and their two daughters, Vanessa and Kayla. Her mission is to inspire the next generation of athletes, fostering a community where energy, growth, and teamwork come to life.
